Charmies Online is located in the wonderful city of New Orleans, Louisiana. Charmies began in March of 2006 and has blossomed into a business that allows us to work at home. We do everything ourselves, including the pictures, the website, the jewelry, the shipping, and the accounting. We are always adding new products so check back often.
