Hand Stamped Jewelry

We take special pride in each and every piece that we create. We believe our pieces make the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one. We truly hope you will cherish your personalized hand stamped jewelry and keepsakes for many years to come. Everything is done in our studio from start to finish, including our website. Your order is carefully stamped, each and every character one at a time by hand, not by a machine, thus making each piece truly one-of-a-kind. Your order is then carefully assembled and packaged to be shipped to you.

Payment Methods
We currently accept all major credit cards via PayPal and Charmies gift certificates. For information on alternate payment methods, please contact us. Sales tax will be applied to any orders shipped to Louisiana.

Domestic Shipping Times and Rates

Enjoy complimentary First-Class shipping for all domestic orders via USPS, including limited tracking. These orders typically ship one to two weeks after your piece is crafted. During our peak seasons, such as Mother's Day and Christmas, the shipping time frame may be longer due to our heavy workload.

Expedited shipping options are available for a fee, which includes your order being moved to the top of our list of orders:
- Priority Mail ($15)
- Express Mail ($30)

Please note: All orders include limited tracking. If USPS scans the item along the way, then more information is provided to us; however, USPS will not guarantee it, as it depends on each and every mail delivery person.

International Shipping Times and Rates

All international order have the luxury of enjoying complimentary First-Class shipping via USPS, like our domestic orders. Orders usually take one to four weeks to arrive upon shipment, depending on your country's customs. During peak seasons (Mother's Day and Christmas), the shipping time frame may be longer due to our heavy workload. Charmies is not responsible for any custom duties/fees.

Order Tracking

Your tracking information can be found when you log into your account or via the email that is shipped upon shipment of your order.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available. An email will be sent with your gift certificate code. Gift certificates can only be used one time so there will be no remaining balance. Only one gift certificate may be used per order. They do not have a cash value.

Sales and Promotions

From time to time, a sale is run requiring a coupon code. The coupon must be redeemed at the time the order is placed. Please be careful that you are entering the correct code (check the spacing). If the correct code has been entered, the discount will be applied automatically. If you are not seeing the discount, either the coupon has expired or the incorrect code has been entered. Coupons are not valid on previously placed orders. Only one coupon code or offer may be used at a time. All sales/coupons may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.

How to Care and Clean your Hand Stamped Jewelry

The precious metals used in a majority of our pieces in our collections require special care to preserve your piece's beauty. Sterling silver will tarnish when exposed to certain conditions, including but not limited to, humidity, perspiration, and strong chemicals, like chlorine. To prevent tarnish as much as possible, we recommend that you store your jewelry in the airtight bag that your piece arrived in. Not all jewelry cleaners are meant for sterling silver. We do carry polishing cloths on our A La Carte page. Our hand stamped pieces are not waterproof, so we highly recommend removing them prior to engaging in the following activities: showering, bathing, swimming, and exercising.
